We keep a number of files in our library that we use primarily as attachments to reports in order to help explain the discrepancies we find while inspecting houses as well as commercial buildings. Some issues are complicated to explain and others benefit from the attachment of photos as explanations. Links to our own files as well as external sites are provided as a convenient way of sharing helpful information. All files are either our own creation, or used with the permission of the original authors.
