Kurt Loutzenheiser is the Owner and Lead Inspector. Retired from the US Air Force with over 20 years experience as a master mechanic in mechanical and electrical systems including HVAC and plumbing Kurt also has experience in construction and customer service.
As a member of InterNACHI I follow a strict code of ethics that ensures our clients a thorough inspection. Kurt is a Certified Professional Inspector and maintains his membership with InterNACHI to stay abreast of changes in the industry and codes.
We provide a wide range of residential and commercial inspection services to the entire Tucson Metro Area including Oro Valley, Sahuarita, Green Valley, Tubac, Corona, Vail and Benson. With advance notice we will perform inspections outside of our normal coverage area.
